FREIGHT:  Add estimated 18% for UPS/Boxing Charge, if shipped or a minimum of $20.00.  Actual charges will be adjusted at time of shipment (subject to minimum).

**Due to weight and size of 2 year transplants (1-2, 2-2, 3-2, Plug+2), shipping costs will exceed 18% and will be billed at approximately 25%.  Actual charges will be adjusted at time of shipment.

**If above charges do not cover shipping costs, additional freight charges will be billed.

SALES TAX: If you are a Michigan resident or if you pick up your order in Michigan, Michigan Sales Tax is applicable to your order unless we have a signed Certificate of Sales Tax Exemption from you.  If you need a form, please contact us and we will mail or fax a form to you.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and discover (charge is billed at time of shipment), personal checks, money orders and cashiers checks.

**If you have a shipping date in mind, please note that when you order.  If you would be ready for shipment as soon as possible, please note "ASAP" for shipping date and we will ship stock as soon as we can get your order out.  We normally begin fall shipping right after Labor Day and continue throughout September and October.  If we do not have a shipping/pick-up date yet scheduled for you, your fall order will have a shipping date of November 1st until we hear from you your requested date.  We normally begin spring shipping about mid March and continue through all of April and May.  If we do not have a shipping/pick-up date scheduled for you, your order will have the date of May 1st until we receive notice form you regarding your shipping/pick-up date.  We schedule shipping/pick-up dates to fit your schedule.

**If you order "per item", you receive 50-499 per 100 rate; 500-4,999 per 1,000 rate; 5,000 or more/total order per 5,000 rate; 100,000 or more receive 5% quantity discount.  Orders of a minimum of 500 "per item" qualify for the per 1,000 rate.  Orders less than 500 "per item" qualify for the per 100 rate.  Minimum orders are 50 seedling or 25 transplants per species.
